My name is Camille Marraccini. I am a junior at Virginia Tech studying Food Science and Technology with a Minor in Business. I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of science, creativity, and entrepreneurship within the food industry. My experiences extend beyond the classroom, where I have developed leadership and teamwork skills as a student-athlete, volunteered in my community, and contributed to food science research that focuses on innovation and real-world applications.
Food has always been more than just a subject of study for me; it is a way to connect people, spark creativity, and tackle meaningful challenges. Looking ahead, I am excited to build a career in the food industry that merges my background in science and business with my passion for culinary experiences, product development, and menu creation.
